Norbert holds a BA in Education from UNAM and courses in public speaking. He is the founder of The Real Big Brother, a rehabilitation course for abusive men, and the co-founder of Star Brain Coach Namibia providing soft skills training, coaching and psychological assessment.
He is involved with community projects like Gender Violence Prevention events and youth development projects on a national level.
